In 2005 we were one of the first companies in our industry to achieve certification in accordance with the IFS (International Food Standard) and have continuously retained this worldwide recognised quality and management standard at the higher level since then in our annual audits.
Quality doesn’t just start at the company for us but with the careful selection of our partners and suppliers beforehand.
Straubinger Konserven- und Sauerkrautfabrik’s contract farming is conducted exclusively on the basis of the relevant certification systems in agriculture (Global Gap, geprüfte Qualität Bayern). We are always close to the origin thanks to our ties with local farmers.
